Booking and Reservations
Reservation Age Requirement: To book a stay at Sunray Stays, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment and confirmation from Sunray Stays. You will receive a booking confirmation via email.
Payment: We accept major credit cards for payment. Payment schedules and amounts are detailed in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations: Please refer to the property’s specific cancellation policy as outlined in your booking confirmation. Sunray Stays reserves the right to charge cancellation fees in accordance with our policy.
Property Policies
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is specified for each property. Please adhere to these occupancy limits, which include children.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is before 10:30 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.
Minimum Stay: Minimum stay requirements vary by property and are outlined in your booking confirmation.
Pets: Sunray Stays has a strict no-pet policy. We do not allow pets on the property.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Sunray Stays properties. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only.
Guest Responsibilities
Property Care: Guests are expected to treat the property and its contents with care and respect. Any damage caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest, and repair costs will be charged accordingly.
Noise and Disturbances: Please be considerate of neighbors and other guests. Loud parties and excessive noise are not allowed, especially during quiet hours, which typically begin after 10:00 PM.
Security: Lock all doors and windows when you leave the property. Sunray Stays is not responsible for any theft or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
Liability and Indemnification
Liability: Sunray Stays is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property. Guests are responsible for their safety and well-being during their stay.
Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold Sunray Stays and its representatives harmless from any claims, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of life, arising from their use of the property.
Miscellaneous
Force Majeure: Sunray Stays is not liable for any disruptions or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions. In such cases, Sunray Stays will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests’ needs.
Amendments: Sunray Stays reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to guests in advance.
